Beautiful Beaches

North Coast Holiday Parks are all situated on or near beaches on the East Coast of Australia. The East Coast Australia is probably one of the most visited stretches of coastline in Australia and quite frankly, it deserves to be - the beaches are absolutely stunning. If you enjoy swimming, surfing, scuba-diving, sailing or just taking a stroll our beaches are beautiful.
If you enjoy the fun of the beach then choose one of these parks:

Terrace Reserve Holiday Park

Just a short two minute walk over our foot bridge and you’re on Brunswick Heads Beach, where you can enjoy fishing, surfing, swimming, paddling or just relaxing.

Scotts Head Holiday Park

At the doorstep of this park are wonderful beaches that provide opportunity for everyone to enjoy. From swimming to fishing, surfing and kite surfing, the beach is the centre of activity for the town. There is a protective bay that forms in the corner of the beach which is a great location for small children. The beach is fully patrolled during the Christmas school holiday period.

Clarkes Beach Holiday Park

Beautiful Clarkes Beach is the Holiday Park’s front yard where you can enjoy surfing, swimming, paddling or just relaxing. Great views of Julian Rocks and through June to November you can sit at our beach lounge and watch the whales pass through.

Lake Ainsworth Holiday Park

Directly across the road from the park are seven miles of white sandy beaches which beckon you. There is also 4WD access which will take you onto the northern end of the beach. The beach is patrolled during all school holidays except winter.

Moonee Beach Holiday Park

Walking along the beach at day break at Moonee Beach is spectacular. The rolling waves, the cool breezes and occasionally the sighting of whales or dolphins frolicking in the water. The serenity is breath-taking.

North Beach Holiday Park

Just a walk down the path from your camping site is Mylestom beach for spectacular surfing and body boarding. The surf beach is also patrolled on weekends and school holidays for your families’ safety.

Hungry Head Cabins

Hungry Head beach is a beautiful beach only 200 metres walk from the cabins. Enjoy a refreshing swim, surf, a fish or just a leisurely stroll along the beach. Just listening to the waves crashing on the beach from your cabin makes the whole experience very relaxing.

Silver Sands Holiday Park

Take a lovely ride from the park, over the Evans River to the Boat Harbour & Fish Co-op then onto Shark Bay Picnic Area. If you have the energy, take the ride to the top of the Coastguard Tower for some spectacular views.

Tuncurry Beach Holiday Park

The beaches situated around Tuncurry Beach Holiday Park offer everything you could need for a great day out, with good parking, surf patrols in the busier months and beachside shops and toilets. Nine mile beach is right on the doorstep of the park, with direct access. The sheltered rock pool area is very popular with families. In Forster there is main beach with the ocean baths.

There are also some smaller beaches in the area, which don’t have all the amenities of some of the larger beaches, but they are a more peaceful beach experience. These beaches include Pebbly Beach or Burgess Beach in Forster, or further afield is Boat Beach in Seal Rocks.

Forster Beach Holiday Park

The Forster area has a number of beautiful beaches within easy reach; Forster Beach, directly next to the park is patrolled in summer and has the popular ocean baths at its eastern edge. It is a protected beach facing North, so popular with families.

Tuncurry Beach is well known for its good surfing. You will also find the rockpool at the southen end, an enclosed swimming area. With a kiosk, children’s play area and BBQ facilities makes it an extremely popular spot for families.

One Mile Beach is another good surfing location, with a surf club, kiosk, showers and toilets. It is patrolled in season. If you are in search of a small quiet beach, then Burgess Beach is the one for you. Accessed by a steep path off Burgess Street and it has plenty of small rock cave formations.

Seal Rocks Holiday Park

The first beach you reach is aptly called Number One, with Boat Beach around the next bay. On Boat Beach you will notice a boiler sticking out of the sand, it is from the wrecked steamer "The Rainbow" which sunk here in 1864, amongst 20 other wrecks off Seal Rocks. The anchor is also found outside the local general store which has been owned by the Horgan family for generations.

You will find Lighthouse Beach and Treachery Head to the South, 4WD access is possible on lighthouse beach. NSW Myall National Parks pass is required, call 02 9585 6831 for information. If you follow the road as far as it goes to the South you will come to Yagon campground and another spectacular beach, which is only accessible by foot.

Hawks Nest Beach Holiday Park

Just a short stroll from the holiday park is the beautiful Bennetts Beach, which runs a distance of 14.3km and is patrolled October through to April. A great surfing beach, but also known as a dolphins playground at the southern end. The calm and sheltered Jimmy’s Beach is also close by and great for children. Fishing is also popular here.

Jimmy's Beach Holiday Park

Just a short stroll from the holiday park is the beautiful white sands of Jimmy’s Beach. A calm and sheltered beach, which is popular with families. It is used as a base for kayaking and kite boarding clubs. The protected location also attracts jet skiers and windsurfers. A little further away is Bennetts Beach, which runs a distance of 14.3km and is patrolled October through to April. A great surfing beach, but also known as a dolphin’s playground at the southern end.
